When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs limited technical data — IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not set advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We retain contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing sales@appliedextracts.com.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
